Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ years of experience in Custom Development & Migration: Develop and migrate functionalities from the RightNow application to Oracle Service Cloud (OSVC), ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Real-time Integrations: Design and implement real-time integrations between OSVC and Oracle EBS, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.
- Customer Portal Enhancements: Extend and enhance customer portal functionalities to improve the user experience and streamline workflows.
- System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues, optimize performance, and ensure a smooth end-user experience.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing OSVC processes and integrations, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, integrations, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong OSVC Expertise: Proven experience in Oracle Service Cloud (OSVC) development, customization, and configuration.
- Integration Experience: Hands-on experience in integrating OSVC with Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications.
- Customer Portal Development: Experience in developing and extending OSVC customer portals.
- OSVC Architecture Knowledge: Deep understanding of OSVC architecture, APIs, data models, and workflows.
- Scripting & Development: Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and OSVC BUI Extensions.
- Middleware & API Experience: Familiarity with REST, SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or other middleware solutions for seamless data exchange.
- Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning: Ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and integration failures.

Must have experience of at least 3 Fusion Finance implementations.
Should be very good in P2P and O2C cycle. Should have very good hands on in Payables,
Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, iExpense, General Ledger and Project
Costing modules.
Should have strong experience in FBDI, ADFDI usages for AR invoices, receipts,
customers, AP invoices, Suppliers, bank import, Journal voucher import etc.
Should have strong experience of functionally managing and supporting integrations with
3rd party applications for AR, AP, FA, CM, GL, PA etc.
Should be able to manage end users effectively and independently.
Should be able to create OTBI, BIP reports.
Should be able to setup and manage Fusion BPM workflows.

prepare prototype and ensures end to end delivery.
Conduct SIT, UAT with the users and resolve the issues raised by users.
Should be able to prepare all documents as per OUM Methodology and CMMI ML 3
practice.
Support in production deployments.
Provide Training to users and prepare user manuals.
Good knowledge of SQL is required.

Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure.
Excellent Oracle technical skills with the ability to build complex Oracle components using
PL/SQL and SQL.
Experience in creation of BI Publisher Reports; FRS (financial reporting studio) Reports
and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports in Oracle Cloud
environment.
Experience in ADF and Web Services in Oracle Cloud environment.
Experience in integrating ERP with other systems using SOA and Web Services
